Terms and Conditions

• Machines are sold "as is" and "where is" (i.e. all items to be sold in situ).
• Upon acceptance of the offer the Purchaser must provide a Bank Guarantee or Deposit for 10% of the purchase price (non-refundable).
• Machines must be dismantled and removed from the location site within 2 weeks of the Contract of Sale date.
• Full details of requirements in relation to the dismantling and removal of the machine are available to interested parties from As New. This information includes:
  • Removal access and conditions
  • Safe Work Methods Statement
  • Insurance
  • Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S)
• Tenders close as indicated for each machine
• No special form required.
• No offer necessarily accepted and late offers may not be considered.
• Successful tenderers only will be advised (within two working days).
• All offers must be paid for in full before commencement of dismantling/removal.
• Offers which AS NEW deems "Not in the best interest of the vendor" will not be considered.
• The highest of any offer may not necessarily be accepted.
• There is no Buyer's Premium.
• GST will to be added to the Tender price if applicable.
• All Tender Prices to be fixed and expressed in Australian Currency. The tender price is not subject to adjustment for rise and fall and is not subject to exchange rate variations.  
• In addition to the above, the standard AS NEW Terms and Conditions of Sale apply.   These can be sent on request.
